MOE is changing the CofA process on October 31 - are you ready?

On October 31, 2011, The Ministry of Environment (MOE) will phase out the existing Certificate of Approval process and replace it with a new online application and self registry options. While this will only apply to a small range of approvals initially, it will eventually transform the entire system of how businesses comply with environmental laws and regulations.

The Ontario Environment Industry Association (ONEIA), in collaboration with MOE, is pleased to present a MEMBERS-ONLY webcast meeting on Tuesday October 25, 2011 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM to discuss the changes to the approvals system. MOE personnel will be on hand to explain the changes (including the new, self-registry option) and to answer any questions you might have.

This session will provide key information that ONEIA members can share with their clients and within their companies to answer questions about the upcoming changes.
