The International Environmental Technology Trade show and Conference, Americana is recognized as one of the leading multisectorial events of its kind in North America. It is a forum for the exchange of knowledge and practical experience, providing environmental and economic solutions.
The event will take place in Montreal, Canada from March 17 to 19, 2015 and the United States will be the country of honor. Americana will celebrate its 20th anniversary and will gather around 350 exhibitors, 200 speakers and 10,000 participants from more than 50 countries under the theme of “Sharing Innovation”!
Réseau Environnement, a non-profit organization, is the initiator and organizer of Americana. Resulting from the merger of two associations created more than 50 years ago, the organization relies on the membership of over 2,700 members, including 350 companies, 250 municipalities, and approximately 20 governmental and parapublic agencies. Its mission is to promote best practices and innovation in environment.
Réseau Environnement is also the organizer of the Salon des technologies environnementales du Québec. The Association publishes Vecteur Environnement and focuses its activities on Air and Climate Change, Soils and Groundwater, Waste Management, Water and Biodiversity.
